Export to Excel is Not Working

Problem: When I select "Export to Excel" from the File Menu on a list or analysis nothing happens.

Solution: If you are having difficulty "Exporting to Excel" please check the following:

  • Popup Blocker: Please make sure that your Popup Blocker is not preventing a new window to open
  • Security Settings: Follow the steps below, then refresh your IPVision account by logging off and logging in:
    1) Open an Internet Browser window
    2) Click on Tools menu
    3) Click on Internet Options… menu option
    4) Click on Security tab
    5) Click on Internet icon
    6) Click Custom Level … button
    7) Scroll down the Downloads section
    8) Enable automatic prompting for file downloads.
  • Trusted Sites Setting: On IE go to the Security Tab and add *.ipvisioninc.com and *.see-the-forest.com to your Trusted Sites.
